Core Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery and mechanical equipment (conveyors, pumps, motors, gearboxes, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, compressors, etc.)
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance according to schedules
Diagnose mechanical failures using tools, gauges, and increasingly, sensor/vibration data
Read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
Align, calibrate, and balance machine components (shafts, bearings, belts, pulleys)
Weld, fabricate, or machine replacement parts when needed
Perform emergency repairs to minimize production downtime.
