Typical Responsibilities:
Set support: Assist crew on set with setup/cleanup, inventory, and general errands.
Coordination & runner tasks: Deliver documents, props, call sheets, and equipment between departments.
Props & wardrobe assistance: Help manage props, labeling, or moving wardrobe items as instructed.
Production organization: Assist with tracking production paperwork, contacts, and schedules.
Client/cast support (when applicable): Help escort talent or guide them to holding areas.
