Corrective/reactive maintenance — diagnosing and repairing equipment failures quickly to minimize downtime
Troubleshooting — identifying root causes of mechanical, electrical, or process issues
Maintenance planning — developing schedules, maintenance plans, and spare parts inventories
Documentation — logging repairs, maintaining equipment history, writing reports on failures and fixes.
