Core Responsibilities:
Installation – Setting up new pumps (centrifugal, positive displacement, submersible, etc.) according to specifications and safety codes
Preventive maintenance – Scheduled inspections, lubrication, alignment checks, and seal/bearing replacement to prevent breakdowns
Troubleshooting & diagnostics – Identifying causes of leaks, vibration, cavitation, pressure loss, or motor issues using gauges, vibration analyzers, and other diagnostic tools
Repair & rebuild – Disassembling pumps, replacing worn parts (impellers, seals, bearings, shafts), and reassembling to OEM specs.
