Assess the client before and during the session to identify tense, painful, or restricted areas.
Apply massage techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports, trigger-point, myofascial release, or other modalities.
Use joint mobilization or related methods to improve range of motion.
Provide guidance on stretching, posture, strengthening, relaxation, and self-care.
Document client conditions, treatment plans, and progress.
Maintain a clean, sanitary treatment space and equipment.
