Key Responsibilities and Duties
Daily operations — Coordinate treatment room readiness, appointment scheduling, service flow, and facility maintenance; ensure smooth guest flow and maximize utilization.
Staff leadership — Recruit, hire, train, schedule, supervise, and evaluate therapists, estheticians, receptionists, and support staff; conduct performance reviews and address issues; develop service/retail goals.
Guest experience and customer service — Maintain a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere; handle complaints or special requests; ensure consistent, high-quality treatments and personalized service.
