Core Duties:
Plan and sequence safe, engaging classes tailored to different skill levels (beginner to advanced), goals, and needs.
Demonstrate poses with correct alignment and terminology; provide clear verbal cues, physical adjustments (with consent), and modifications for injuries, limitations, pregnancy, or other conditions.
Incorporate breathing exercises, meditation, mindfulness, and elements of yoga philosophy.
Create a welcoming, inclusive, focused atmosphere (music, lighting, energy).
Assess students visually, offer personalized recommendations, and motivate them.
Handle administrative tasks: scheduling, registration, payments, maintaining cleanliness, and arranging substitutes.
