Key Responsibilities
Perform daily cleaning and tidying of guest rooms, suites, and common areas to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.
Change linens, make beds, and replenish amenities according to property guidelines.
Maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies and report any shortages or maintenance issues promptly.
Follow health‑ and safety protocols, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and safe waste disposal.
Provide courteous, discreet, and professional service to guests and residents, responding to special requests when needed.
Collaborate with the front‑desk and maintenance teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
