Ensures prompt, accurate, and courteous delivery of in-room dining orders, face of the Food & Beverage department inside the guest’s private space, and responsible for order accuracy, presentation, hygiene, and creating a 5-star guest experience from phone call to tray collection.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer room service calls professionally, guide guests through the menu, upsell items, and note allergies, preferences, and special requests.
Check trays/trolleys for completeness, correct temperature, presentation, and condiments before leaving the kitchen.
Set up tables neatly in the guest room, explain dishes, serve if required, and provide cutlery, napkins, and condiments.
Handle guest complaints or requests promptly and escalate to supervisor when needed.
Requirements:
High school Diploma or equivalent.
No experience is required.
Strong knowledge of food and beverage service etiquette.
Time management and attention to detail.
