Oversees all spa operations, including staff supervision, customer service, treatment quality, inventory, budgeting, and marketing also ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and profitability while creating a calm, luxurious, and professional environment that meets industry and health regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure treatment rooms, equipment, and common areas are clean, functional, and luxurious at all times.
Oversee daily operations of the spa, including opening/closing procedures.
Enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards and local regulatory compliance.
Ensure all guests receive a consistent 5-star experience from check-in to check-out.
Maintain high standards for all treatments, therapies, and products.
Requirements:
High School Diploma/Equivalent.
Knowledge of spa products, equipment, and treatment protocols
Understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards
Excellent leadership and team management
Problem-solving, time management, and ability to work under pressure
High level of discretion and professionalism with VIP clients
