Operate filling, capping, labeling, carton packing, and palletizing equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Monitor process parameters (flow, temperature, pressure, fill volumes) and adjust controls within permitted ranges.
Perform product quality checks (weight, fill level, seal integrity, visual appearance, taste when required) and record results.
Carry out routine changeovers and set-ups for different SKUs, including cleaning and sanitation tasks.
Perform first-line mechanical/electrical troubleshooting and minor repairs; escalate complex issues to maintenance.
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP plans, and food safety/traceability procedures.
Maintain accurate production logs, batch records, and non‑conformance reports.
