Core responsibilities:
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers and on‑site workforce.
Oversee procurement of materials, equipment and temporary services.
Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications and quality standards.
Implement and enforce site health & safety procedures and regulatory compliance.
Manage change orders, claims and contract administration.
Communicate regularly with owners, architects, engineers and stakeholders; produce reports and meetings.
Resolve on‑site issues and technical challenges.
Typical qualifications & Key skills: Education: Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related, Project scheduling and CPM/critical path analysis
Cost estimating, budgeting, change management
Contract administration and commercial awareness
Strong leadership, negotiation and stakeholder communication
Problem solving and decision making under pressure
Site safety leadership and compliance.
