Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Setting up or reconfiguring beds (e.g., twin vs. double, bunks).
Greeting guests on embarkation day, introducing themselves, explaining cabin features/amenities, and assisting with luggage delivery.
Responding to guest requests (extra towels, ice, hangers, special preferences) and answering basic questions about the ship or directing them appropriately.
