Key Responsibilities & Duties:
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of machinery, equipment, and building systems
Troubleshoot issues and diagnose problems with equipment or systems
Complete minor repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and mechanical systems, Respond quickly to maintenance requests from other staff or building occupants
Repair or replace defective parts, fixtures, or appliances
Ensure work areas are clean and organized after maintenance is completed.
Skills & Qualifications
Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and diagrams
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Physical ability to perform manual labour, including lifting and working in varied environments.
