Carpenter

Core responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
Measure, mark, and cut materials (wood, plywood, drywall, composite).
Construct and install framing, walls, roofs, staircases, doors, windows, cabinets, trim and moldings.
Perform finish carpentry: sanding, fitting, and installing hardware.
Assemble and install scaffolding, temporary supports, and formwork for concrete.
Estimate materials, prepare cut lists, and track inventory.
Maintain, sharpen, and repair hand and power tools.
Follow safety procedures, use PPE, and report hazards or incidents.
