Site Supervisor

Key responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate site workforce, subcontractors and deliveries day-to-day.
Enforce health, safety and environmental procedures; conduct toolbox talks and site inspections.
Monitor schedule progress and report issues/risks to Project Manager; implement corrective actions.
Read and interpret drawings, specifications and work instructions; ensure work meets quality standards.
Assign tasks, inspect completed work and approve minor works or materials.
Maintain accurate daily logs: attendance, labor, equipment usage, incidents, weather, and materials.
Coordinate inspections, tests, and handovers with QA/QC and clients.
Control site housekeeping and security.
Manage on-site materials and equipment storage to minimize waste and delays.
