Machine Operator

Key Responsibilities:

Set up, calibrate, and operate machines (CNC machines, presses, injection molding equipment, lathes, milling machines, packaging lines, assembly equipment, etc.).
Load raw materials/parts, start production runs, and monitor the process for quality, speed, and consistency.
Adjust machine settings (speed, pressure, temperature, tooling) to meet production specifications and minimize defects.
Perform routine inspections, quality checks (using gauges, micrometers, calipers, or visual inspection), and basic troubleshooting.
