Key Responsibilities:
Review prescriptions for accuracy, dosage, and drug interactions.
Dispense medications and ensure proper labeling and instructions.
Provide patient counseling (how to take meds, side effects, storage, missed doses, etc.).
Manage medication safety (allergies, contraindications, interactions).
Complete medication therapy checks and sometimes adjust therapy plans under local regulations/doctor protocols.
Maintain patient medication records and documentation.
Advise on over-the-counter (OTC) products and health-related concerns.
