Wash dishes, glasses, silverware, pots, and pans by hand or using a dishwashing machine
Load, run, and unload commercial dishwashers efficiently
Sort and stack clean dishes and utensils in designated storage areas
Scrape and pre-rinse food waste from dishes before washing
Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, prep surfaces, sinks, and floors
Empty trash and recycling bins regularly
Maintain adequate stock of clean dishes/utensils during service, especially peak hours
Monitor and refill dishwashing detergent, sanitizer, and other cleaning supplies
Report equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs.
