Key Responsibilities
Dishwashing & sanitation: Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment by hand or using dish machines
Equipment cleaning: Clean and maintain large kitchen equipment (ovens, stoves, grills, fryers, hoods, exhaust systems)
Facility upkeep: Sweep, mop, and sanitize floors, walls, and work surfaces in kitchen and storage areas
Trash & waste management: Empty trash bins, manage recycling, and handle waste disposal per health codes
Inventory support: Receive, store, and organize deliveries; rotate stock (FIFO — first in, first out)
Chemical & supply management: Properly store and use cleaning chemicals and detergents; monitor supply levels.
