Key Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and maintain drilling rigs and related equipment
Monitor drilling parameters (pressure, speed, depth, fluid flow)
Select and change drill bits based on rock/soil conditions
Manage drilling fluids (mud) to control pressure and remove debris
Interpret geological data to adjust drilling technique
Ensure well/borehole stability and prevent blowouts or collapses
Conduct routine equipment inspections and basic repairs
Follow strict safety protocols and environmental regulations.
