Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflows across departments or functions.
Developing, implementing, and improving operational policies, procedures, and systems.
Managing and leading teams (often supervisors or front-line staff), including hiring, training, performance management, and coaching.
Optimizing processes to remove bottlenecks, reduce costs, improve quality, and boost productivity (often using Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methods).
Budgeting, resource allocation, and financial oversight (forecasting, cost control, inventory/supply chain management where relevant).
Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), analysing data, and reporting on operational performance.
Ensuring compliance with regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements.
