Respond to alarms, disturbances, medical emergencies, and safety hazards
Write detailed incident reports and maintain logs
Enforce company policies, codes of conduct, and safety regulations
Conduct regular safety inspections (fire exits, equipment, hazards)
Coordinate with police, fire, and emergency medical services when needed
Operate security equipment (CCTV, alarm systems, metal detectors, access control)
De-escalate conflicts and manage crowd control during events.
