Primary Responsibilities:
Prepare shipments by processing orders and organizing packages
Verify shipment accuracy against order documentation
Label packages with shipping addresses and tracking information
Maintain inventory records and update shipping logs
Pack items carefully to prevent damage during transit
Coordinate with carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.) for pickups and deliveries
Process return shipments and handle customer inquiries
Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and company policies.
