Prepare and clean job sites: remove debris, set up/tear down temporary structures, erect barriers and signage.
Move materials and equipment: load/unload deliveries, stack/store materials, carry tools.
Assist trades: hold or steady materials, mix/ pour concrete, backfill trenches, set formwork, assist carpenters, masons, electricians, and plumbers as directed.
Operate basic equipment: hand tools (hammers, saws, shovels), small power tools, compactors, concrete mixers; possibly forklift, skid steer, or jackhammer if certified.
Perform demolition and minor repair work under supervision.
Follow safety and environmental procedures: wear PPE, maintain clean work areas, report hazards and incidents.
