Key responsibilities:
Project planning and scheduling: develop and maintain schedule (baseline and updates), coordinate milestones and subcontractor sequencing.
Budgeting and cost control: prepare estimates, track costs, manage cash flow, approve invoices and change orders, forecast cost-to-complete.
Site supervision and execution: oversee daily field operations, enforce quality standards, ensure construction matches drawings/specifications.
Subcontractor & vendor management: select/manage subcontractors, review submittals, negotiate scopes and schedules.
Safety & compliance: enforce site safety program, maintain OSHA/local compliance, run toolbox talks and safety inspections.
