Supervise day-to-day site activities and workforce (direct labor and subcontractors).
Enforce health, safety and environmental (HSE) policies and lead toolbox talks / site inductions.
Monitor progress vs. schedule; adjust daily plans and coordinate resources to meet milestones.
Ensure quality control: inspect work against drawings, specifications and standards; manage non-conformance and corrective actions.
Communicate with project manager/contract administrator about progress, issues, RFIs, and change requests.
Coordinate deliveries, material storage, plant/equipment usage and site setup.
Maintain site documentation: daily reports, timesheets, safety records, inspection checklists, and progress photos.
