Responsibilities:
Diagnose and treat dental issues: Examine teeth, gums, and related tissues using dental instruments, x-rays, and other diagnostic tools
Preventive care: Educate patients on oral hygiene, diet, and preventative dental care practices
Treatments: Fill cavities, remove tooth decay, repair fractured teeth, extract teeth, perform root canals, and apply sealants or whitening agents
Perform surgeries: Conduct procedures such as tooth extractions, implants, and corrective surgeries on gums and supporting bones
Design treatment plans: Develop customized treatment plans tailored to patient needs
Lead dental team: Supervise dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff.
