Core Responsibilities
Operate machines such as excavators, bulldozers, backhoes, graders, loaders, cranes, forklifts, or compactors
Read and interpret site plans, grade stakes, and blueprints to guide digging, grading, or leveling work
Perform pre- and post-operation equipment inspections (fluid levels, tires/tracks, hydraulics, safety devices)
Carry out routine maintenance and report mechanical issues
Transport materials (soil, gravel, debris) around a job site
Follow site safety protocols — signal to spotters, maintain safe clearances from workers and structures.
