Physiotherapist / Physical Therapist

Core responsibilities:

Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments (history, physical exam, functional testing).
Establish individualized treatment plans and short-/long-term goals.
Deliver treatments: therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, soft-tissue techniques, joint mobilization, gait training, balance/vestibular rehab, neurorehabilitation, cardiorespiratory rehab, pain management strategies.
Use modalities where appropriate: e.g., ultrasound, electrical stimulation, heat/ice (if within scope and evidence-based).
Teach, coach and progress therapeutic exercise programs; educate patients and caregivers on home programs and prevention.
Monitor progress with standardized outcome measures and adjust interventions accordingly.
