Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Assessment & Care: Take vital signs, conduct physical exams, administer medications and vaccinations, and monitor patient conditions
Patient & Family Education: Provide age-appropriate information and emotional support to children and their families
Care Coordination: Work with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
Documentation: Maintain accurate medical records and patient charts
Developmental Support: Assess and address children’s physical, psychological, and social needs based on their developmental stage
Infection Control: Maintain safe, hygienic environments and follow infection prevention protocols.
