Key Responsibilities:
Manual packing — assembling boxes, filling containers, wrapping products, and arranging items for shipment when automation isn’t used
Quality inspection — checking products and packaging for defects, damage, correct fill levels, and compliance with specifications before sealing
Labelling — applying correct labels, barcodes, lot numbers, expiration dates, and safety/compliance information
Material handling — loading raw packaging materials (boxes, film, labels) and managing inventory of packaging supplies
Documentation — recording production counts, batch numbers, and completing quality control logs
Maintenance — performing basic troubleshooting, cleaning, and preventive maintenance on packaging equipment.
