Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve minor mechanical issues; escalate major breakdowns to maintenance
Cleaning & sanitation: Perform CIP (Clean-in-Place) procedures and maintain hygiene standards to prevent contamination
Documentation: Record production data, batch numbers, downtime, and quality checks in logs or digital systems.
