Bartender

Key responsibilities:  Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic drinks according to recipes and customer requests.
Greet customers, take orders, make recommendations, and upsell specials or premium items.
Check IDs and refuse service to minors or intoxicated patrons; follow local alcohol service laws and company policies.
Handle cash, credit, and POS transactions; balance cash drawer at shift end.
Maintain bar cleanliness and sanitary conditions (glassware, surfaces, ice stations).
Stock and rotate inventory (liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes) and notify manager of low supplies.

Required skills and qualities includes:  Knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, pouring techniques, drink recipes; POS operation and basic cash-handling.
Customer service: friendly, attentive, calm under pressure, good upselling and listening skills.
Communication: clear, concise communication with customers and team.
Speed & multitasking: efficiently handle multiple orders and tasks.
