Key responsibilities:
Operate basic hand and power tools (hammers, saws, drills, jackhammers) and light equipment (compactors, skid-steer where certified).
Mix, pour, and finish concrete; assist with masonry and demolition as needed.
Erect and dismantle scaffolding, temporary supports, and barriers (where trained/authorized).
Carry, lift and position materials, supplies, and equipment safely.
Follow site safety rules, wear PPE, and report hazards or incidents promptly.
Required skills & qualifications: Physical fitness and endurance; able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly, stand, kneel, bend, and work at heights.
Basic knowledge of hand and power tools and safe usage.
Ability to follow instructions, work in a team, and take direction.
Good attention to safety, punctuality, and reliability.
