International Jobs

Design, model, implement, and validate control algorithms and embedded control systems to meet performance, stability, and safety requirements. Work across simulation, hardware-in-the-loop, and production systems with cross-functional teams (software, hardware, test, manufacturing).

Core responsibilities:

Develop control system architectures and specify requirements (performance, stability, robustness, safety).
Model physical systems and design controllers (PID, state-space, MPC, observers, Kalman filters).
Implement control algorithms in software/hardware: MATLAB/Simulink prototypes, C/C++/embedded code, PLC logic or RTOS-based applications.
Integrate control software with sensors, actuators, fieldbuses (CAN, EtherCAT, Modbus) and motor drives.
Perform simulation (time/frequency domain), stability & robustness analysis, and control tuning.

Required qualifications & skills

High school Diploma or equivalent,  Fundamental control theory: classical (PID, Bode/Nyquist), modern (state-space, LQR, Kalman), and model predictive control exposure.
Simulation & modelling: strong MATLAB/Simulink skills.
Embedded implementation: experience with C/C++ on microcontrollers, DSPs, or real-time platforms.
Familiarity with PLC programming (Ladder/Structured Text) or industrial controllers if role requires it.
Sensor/actuator integration knowledge (encoders, IMUs, LVDTs, pressure/transducers) and communication protocols (CAN, EtherCAT, Modbus, SPI, I2C).

Benefits includes: Pension scheme, paid vacation, free  accommodation, health insurance and performance bonuses.
