Driver

Safely operate assigned vehicle(s) (dump truck, mixer, flatbed, tractor-trailer) to deliver materials, equipment, and site supplies.
Perform pre-trip, en-route and post-trip vehicle inspections; report defects; ensure routine maintenance (fluid checks, tire pressure).
Load, secure and unload materials and equipment following load-securement best practices and weight limits.
Navigate routes and job-site access constraints; coordinate with site supervisors for staging, spotters, and traffic control.
Maintain accurate logs and paperwork: delivery tickets, vehicle inspection reports, hours-of-service (HOS), bills of lading.

Core skills such as;  Defensive and safe driving (on-road and low-speed job-site situations).
Load securement and weight distribution understanding.
Map/route planning and GPS proficiency.
Clear communication with site supervisors and team members.
Time management and ability to meet delivery schedules.
Physical stamina and ability to lift/bend/climb into vehicle cabs.
