Role purpose:
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and variance analyses.
Build and maintain financial models (forecasts, budgets, scenario analyses).
Analyse results vs. budget/forecast and explain key drivers and variances.
Support management with financial planning, long-range forecasts and business cases.
Perform cost, margin, profitability and trend analyses across products, customers, or business units.
Prepare presentations and charts for leadership and stakeholders.
Maintain and improve FP&A processes, controls, and documentation.
Required education & skills
High school Diploma or equivalent, Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
Good time-management and ability to prioritize under deadlines.
Collaborative mindset and comfort working cross-functionally.
