Core responsibilities:
Clean windows, glass doors, mirrors, and spot-clean walls.
Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance (replace light bulbs, tighten fixtures).
Report major maintenance issues, safety hazards, and security concerns.
Set up and break down furniture for events; move light furniture as needed.
Follow safety rules and proper chemical handling (use PPE, SDS).
Keep cleaning carts, closets, and storage areas organized and inventoried.
Lock/unlock doors and perform periodic building checks .
Required Skills such as: reliability, punctuality, ability to follow instructions, attention to detail, physical stamina (standing, bending, lifting). Basic communication skills for safety instructions and reporting.
