Core responsibilities:
Monitor CCTV, alarms, and other security systems; respond to alarms and investigate causes.
Conduct routine inspections (doors, windows, locks, lighting, fire safety equipment).
Enforce site rules, crowd control, and emergency procedures.
Provide first response to incidents: de-escalate situations, render basic first aid, secure scenes for emergency services.
Prepare clear incident and daily activity reports; maintain logbooks and chain-of-custody for evidence.
Assist with loss-prevention, asset protection, and safety audits.
Cooperate with law enforcement and internal investigators when required.
Preferred skills & Education includes; High school diploma or equivalent, Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
Good judgment, calm under pressure, ability to de-escalate confrontations.
Clear written and verbal communication.
Professional presence and customer-service orientation.
