Job summary: Performs routine and preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and building systems to ensure safe, efficient operation of facility equipment and infrastructure, Inspect equipment and facilities for wear, safety hazards, and regulatory compliance.
Replace or repair parts and components; adjust, align, and calibrate machinery.
Maintain accurate work orders, maintenance logs, and parts inventory; update CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
Perform basic plumbing and carpentry repairs, and support contractors for specialty work.
Follow lockout/tagout (LOTO), confined-space, and other safety procedures.
Required qualifications & Skills
High school diploma or equivalent, Mechanical aptitude and electrical troubleshooting
Reading schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
Use of hand and power tools, multimeter, clamp meter, and diagnostic tools
Preventive maintenance planning and execution
Time management and prioritization.
