Primary Duties:
Oversee daily operational activities across teams (production, logistics, customer service, facilities, etc.).
Develop, implement, and optimize operational processes, SOPs, and workflows for efficiency and quality.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and produce regular reports for senior leadership.
Manage budgets, control costs, and identify opportunities to reduce waste and improve margins.
Lead, coach, and develop operations staff; recruit and retain talent as needed.
Coordinate cross-functional projects with Sales, Product, Finance, and IT to align operations with strategy.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, safety standards, and internal audits.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) and implement best practices.
Manage vendor and supplier relationships; negotiate contracts and SLAs.
Respond to operational incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Requirements includes: high school Diploma, Operational planning and execution
Process improvement and change management
People leadership and talent development
Financial acumen and budget management
Analytical problem solving and data-driven decision-making
Project management and cross-functional collaboration
Excellent communication (written and verbal)
