Core responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and monitor packaging equipment (cartoners, case packers, flow wrappers, fill/weight machines, labelers, sealers).
Inspect packaged product for quality, correct labeling, seal integrity, and count/weight accuracy; remove and report defects.
Perform routine changeovers and minor adjustments to tooling, guides, and settings to accommodate different SKUs.
Load materials (packaging, film, cartons, labels) and ensure inventory at line is maintained.
Qualifications & skills includes; High school Diploma or equivalent, Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Good manual dexterity and steady hand-eye coordination.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and standard operating procedures.
Team player with good communication skills.
Reliable, punctual, able to work shift schedule (nights/weekends as needed).
