Plumber

Core Responsibilities:

Installing, repairing, and maintaining pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing systems used for water distribution and waste disposal
Reading and interpreting blueprints, building codes, and specifications to determine layout for plumbing systems
Installing fixtures like sinks, toilets, water heaters, and dishwashers
Locating and repairing leaks, clogs, and other issues in pipes and fixtures
Testing pipes for leaks using pressure gauges and other equipment
Cutting, threading, and bending pipe using hand and power tools
Joining pipes using welding, soldering, cement, or fittings
Inspecting and testing plumbing systems for safety and code compliance.
