Perform production line tasks to assemble, process, inspect, package, and move products while meeting safety, quality, and output goals.
Key responsibilities:
Operate and monitor production machinery and tools according to procedures.
Perform assembly, inspection, sorting, packing, labeling, and basic finishing tasks.
Load/unload materials, move inventory, and stage components for production.
Carry out quality checks and alert leads to defects or process deviations.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation; follow PPE and lockout/tagout rules.
Required qualifications & skills:
High school diploma or equivalent,
Skills: mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, ability to follow written instructions, basic math, good manual dexterity.
Physical: ability to stand for long periods, lift 25–50 lbs regularly (or as required), bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions.
