Key Responsibilities
Order fulfillment: Receive room service orders from the front desk, phone, or POS system and prepare trays/carts accordingly
Setup: Arrange trays and carts neatly, ensuring correct cutlery, condiments, napkins, and garnishes accompany each dish
Delivery: Transport food and beverage orders promptly to guest rooms, verifying room numbers and order accuracy
Guest interaction: Greet guests courteously, explain the meal setup if needed, and process bill signatures or payments
Table/tray setup in room: Set up in-room dining tables when requested, including linens and place settings
Clearing: Collect used trays and dishes from hallways and rooms in a timely manner
Inventory & stocking: Restock service stations with linens, condiments, cutlery, and beverages.
