Core responsibilities:
Monitor CCTV, access control systems, alarms, and radios; escalate events per procedure.
Control building/site access: verify identity, issue passes, log visitors and contractors.
Respond promptly to incidents (medical, fire, security breaches), execute emergency procedures, and coordinate with emergency services.
Enforce site rules, safety policies, and loss-prevention measures.
Conduct routine inspections (doors, windows, equipment, fire extinguishers) and report hazards or maintenance needs.
Prepare accurate incident and daily activity reports; maintain logs and evidence chain when required.
Required qualifications & skills: High school diploma or equivalent. Strong situational awareness and observational skills.
Clear, calm communication and report-writing ability.
Basic conflict de-escalation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to follow procedures and maintain confidentiality.
Physical fitness sufficient for patrols and emergency response.
