Site Supervisor

Primary responsibilities;

Supervise and coordinate on-site workforce (employees, subcontractors, vendors).
Enforce health, safety and environmental policies; conduct daily toolbox talks and site safety checks.
Monitor progress against schedule; assign tasks and reallocate resources to meet milestones.
Inspect workmanship and materials for compliance with plans, specifications, and quality standards.
Maintain site records: daily reports, attendance, materials logs, incident reports, and timesheets.
Communicate updates and issues to project manager / client; escalate critical risks early.

Required qualifications & skills;

High school Diploma or equivalent,  Strong leadership and people-management skills.
Practical technical knowledge of site processes and trades relevant to the industry.
Good written and verbal communication (reports, briefings).
Problem-solving and decision-making under time pressure.
Time management and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
