Core responsibilities;

Maintain project schedules, milestones, and resource calendars.
Track project tasks, deliverables, and dependencies; update status and escalate risks/impediments.
Prepare and distribute status reports, meeting agendas, minutes, and project documentation.
Coordinate cross-functional communication among stakeholders, vendors, and team members.
Log and monitor issues, change requests, and action items until closure.
Assist with budget tracking, purchase orders, invoices and basic expense reconciliation.
Maintain project repositories (Confluence, SharePoint, etc.) and version-controlled document sets.

Required qualifications & Skills;

High school Diploma or equivalent, Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with MS Excel and one project tracking tool (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana, Smartsheet).
Excellent organization, time-management and attention to detail.
