Job summary
Own and grow the company’s social presence and community across channels (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube). Develop strategy, produce and schedule content, run campaigns and paid social, monitor performance and brand health, and coordinate with marketing, design, product and customer support to meet awareness, engagement and conversion goals.
Required skills & qualifications such as: High school Diploma or equivalent, Basic video production/editor skills or experience briefing creators (Reels, Shorts, TikToks).
Data-driven: comfortable with metrics, reporting and making optimization recommendations.
Community-first mindset and excellent interpersonal skills.
Time management and ability to manage multiple campaigns/ deadlines.
